Extend and Challenge CD-ROM

The Challenge
Create 51 interactive Flash activities for grades K-3 with a very small budget, align them tightly with the textbooks, and make them so easy to use that young children could figure them out on their own.
The Result
We negotiated with a firm in India to create 51 animated activities to our detailed specifications, many with multiple levels, in both CD-ROM and Web versions, with a marketing demo, all for about $50K. We worked closely with the program author and performed multiple rounds of user testing to ensure the product's success.
